Adding your cards
Click on the 'Start Grading' button on the main menu to be brought to the card check-in screen. You will be asked for a couple key details about each card you're sending in to help speed up the check-in process upon arrival.
- Click ‘Add to order’ to add another card to your order.
- Service level is order-wide and is selected at checkout.
- If your card is an error card, add info in the notes box.
Preparing your shipment
After you've paid for your order you will be redirected to a page with the shipping address to send your cards to. Make sure to carefully pack your cards to avoid any damage to them during shipping.
- We generally recommend shipping insurance both ways
- Use a ‘Card Saver’ when possible instead of a toploader
- Remember to add your order # to the label for check-in

Checking on your order
When your order arrives at our office it is checked in and placed in queue. Along with receiving email updates during the process of grading your cards, you can check on your order at any time by visiting the 'Order Status' page.
